Graham Foley & Associates is an independent consulting practice specialising in the fields of pavement related design, rehabilitation, research and development and technology transfer.

The practice was established in 2001 by Graham following 24 years working for VicRoads and the ARRB Group where he was involved primarily in materials technology and a pavement specialist. Graham’s last 5 years, with ARRB, was as a senior and principal research engineer.

Graham Foley & Associates call on the resources of independent road surfacing specialists, VicRoads’ and ARRB Group’s specialist pavement testing equipment, independent laboratories and research staff to assist with clients’ assignments.

Accreditation
Graham Foley & Associates is registered with VicRoads’ Consultancy Register at the highest levels for new pavement design (ND3) and pavement rehabilitation design (RM3/4).
